Every item with LaBoulaye Castle is commissioned and custom created for you according to your specifications. For this, all items are final sale; yet we may at our discretion solely coordinate returns that have issues of either erroneous or flawed production. Feel free to reach out to us if you have experienced a quality issue. We are a small, growing legacy brand, and cannot accommodate other preferential requests at this time.
